CBGSV is the new generation of entertainment, specializing in the development of artists / media personalities, music publishing, online/digital marketing and events.

Founded by Andrew & Brian Chaplin with over 20 years combined experience in the entertainment industry and famed for their internationally acclaimed and award winning duo Locnville, CBGSV pledges to be the entertainment house that is “by artists for artists.”


Speaking on this, Andrew states: ‘We’ve learned so much over the last decade, real knowledge, the kind of you can only gain by being hands on involved. I always wanted to apply that knowledge and skill set in the real world for the next generation of artists. Being an artist in the industry myself, I know what an artist wants and how to achieve their goals.’


Adding to this, Brian says: “We’re finally able to do all the things with new and upcoming artists that I wish had been done for us when we first started out. To be able to develop and nurture amazing young talent is a blessing and we’re making sure that no diamond in the rough gets left I found.”

Anica Kiana is a breakout 21-year-old singer/songwriter hailing from Cape Town, South Africa. In her teens, Anica spent all of her time honing in on her love for music, practicing whenever she got a moment and even taking part in every musical at her At the start of 2019, shortly after graduating high school, Anica set off to pursue her goal of becoming a force in the entertainment industry. After releasing 3 singles independently and garnering support from local radio stations, she quickly caught the eye of internationally acclaimed South African duo, Locnville, who featured her on their SAMA award winning album Tribes & Angels. The next 2 years would see the songstress develop her sound even more, eventually catching the attention of South African global Hip Hop phenomenon, Nasty C who praised Anica Kiana for her “voice of gold”. The two would later go on to complete Anica’s formal debut single, Gotta Leave, releasing 27 August 2021 from CBGSV Entertainment. There is no doubt that Anica Kiana is already solidifying her place in the entertainment industry, and is one to watch with a keen eye over the coming years.

Award winning brothers Andrew and Brian Chaplin (Locnville or previously LCNVL) have written numerous hits that are instantly memorable and now, after a year spent grafting and building a team in Los Angeles, they are poised to make even more musical memories with their latest body of work, through Warner Music South Africa.

‘Grapevine’ get’s it’s debut on Apple Music and Beats Radio on 12th February whereafter it will be available on iTunes exclusively.

Their performance at South Africa’s Oppikoppi festival in 2013 marked a turning point and showcased a desire to experiment, not only with their songwriting but through their stage presence. Now, through more mature thought, they’re fully conscious about putting a slick, top-notch live show that appeals to a broad audience and is fit for any manner of stages.

By experimenting with varied beats and tones, this multi-platinum selling, award-winning electronic pop duo have expanded upon their musical legacy, which only bodes bright for the future.
